Dear Parents and Family of the Washington and Lee Community,
Thank you for inquiring with the Robert E Lee Hotel for Washington and Lee Parent’s Weekend 2018. We look forward to welcoming new and past loyal guests during such an exciting time. In an effort to ensure that we are providing everyone with an opportunity to visit and stay with us here at the Robert E. Lee Hotel, we have put into effect the following policies:
Reservation Release Date
Rooms will be released via the hotel website (roberteleehotel.com) at 12:00 a.m. (immediately after October 31) on November 1st, 2017 EST. The group code required at reservation is “parents2018”. No reservations will be taken over the phone. If you are unsuccessful in securing a guest room, the hotel will accept wait-list reservations via telephone.
This reservation requires a (3) three night minimum to book.
100% of the reservation payment will be charged 24 hours after booking.
Check-in: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
In the event that you need to cancel this reservation, please note that a cancellation fee applies and is equal to the remaining balance of your reservation. Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or room type of this reservation is subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a rate change or an additional fee. The reservation cannot be cancelled through email or voicemail you must call the hotel directly at 540-461-8484.
Parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets are not allowed.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all areas within the hotel.
All rooms and public areas in the hotel and restaurant are non-smoking.
